P2P networks are being attacked yet agian by the government. DAMN YOU! The problem at hand is that they don't know if the creators of the P2P networking software should be held liable for the illeagle acts its users are committing with it. My oppinion is that (analogy time) u dont charge the factory that makes the crowbar with theft, you charge the dude breaking the windows of the car. A similar case occured back whith betamax (VHS-like video device) in the 1980's.
